He was a farmer, a geologist, a lecturer at the Andhra National College in Machilipatnam, and fluent in Japanese. He also became famous as ‘Japan Venkayya’.,In 1916, he published a book titled ‘A National Flag for India’. The book not only surveyed the flags of other nations but also offered around 30 designs of what could develop into India's national flag.,He died on July 4, 1963.。

四 | 谈到创新，本届米兰冬奥会的一个显著亮点，是我们采用了千问大模型——由阿里云自主研发的大语言模型。它是最受欢迎的开源模型之一，在Hugging Face上的下载量已超过10亿次，并衍生出超过20万个模型。这两项数据都遥遥领先于排行榜上的其他模型。 基于千问大模型，我们与国际奥委会合作，例如与Ilario的团队一起，构建并微调了一个名为“奥运大模型”的奥运专属AI模型。该模型能够实时回答问题、甚至以多媒体形式总结赛况，以便教练、运动员和世界各地的粉丝可以随时随地与赛事互动，获取精准信息。这是我们与国际奥委会团队合作，一起用千问模型建立面向奥林匹克运动的基础模式的努力之一。 在奥林匹克广播服务公司这边，我们与Yiannis的团队，早在巴黎奥运会时，就发布了名为“360度全景回放”的技术。如果您还没体验过，我强烈建议您去试试。就在刚才活动开始前，我还在体验馆后方玩冰壶，那里设置了一组摄像头可以实时捕捉你的动作。你可以立刻看到自己打冰壶的回放。第二次尝试时，我居然成功击中了中心点!这可能是我这辈子唯一一次能做到了。然而，正是通过这个实时的360度全景回放，我真正享受到了那种“成为自己英雄”的瞬间。我强烈建议大家也去体验一下。

八 | 例如，对于一段视频或一张图片，它能迅速将这些非结构化数据转化为结构化数据，实时提取元数据和语义信息，从而进行实时总结，并将这些信息传递给教练、裁判和全球粉丝，让他们更好地实时享受比赛。 最后，我们与米兰组委会合作，正在应对史上最具挑战性的奥运会之一。因为你们看，一些比赛场馆深入阿尔卑斯山腹地，赛区在冬季横跨数万平方公里。如何高效、安全，并兼顾能源效率地运送运动员、教练、裁判和观众，实现尽可能的绿色环保?为此，我们构建了交通管理系统和能源管理系统。
